Over a seven month period, a team of 64 reviewers travelled the state, making as many as four visits to assess some places. This year, more than 120 venues made it into the book for the first time. Plus more than 500 stayers. That adds up to plenty of good eating and drinking, carefully sifted to separate the best from the rest.
