Best paleo restaurants and cafes in Sydney

Also known as the caveman or hunter-gatherer diet, this high-protein Palaeolithic-inspired phenomenon is the current title-holder of most discussed, celebrity-endorsed and googled diet of them all. On the menu are unrefined, unprocessed foods such as fish, pasture-fed meat, fruit, vegetables and nuts, with dairy, grains and legumes all on the no-go list. Eating out can be a challenge for strict paleo dieters – often the type of oil used is the spanner in the works – but here are some options that are well-worth "hunting" down.
