Jarrod Swaine, National Marketing GM, Ritchies IGA

"This is very much a gourmet store and we source as much as we can locally. We stock Pure Peninsula Honey and Flavour Pearls from Peninsula Larder, which are liquid-filled pearl-sized capsules you can add to your food or drinks. We also have a Maille Fresh Mustard Boutique - one of just three in the world – with 22 varieties of mustard, two of which are on tap, plus vinegar and vinaigrettes.
