Jamie Oliver will be in Australia next month, which begs the question, will he visit his newest eatery, Jamie’s Italian in Canberra? We’ve received no clear answer, but the publicity material mentions only Sydney, where on March 23 Oliver will announce his first Australian Jamie’s Ministry of Food pop-up kitchen.

He is calling on Australians to nominate a location for this kitchen and will shortlist a finalist from each state and territory, including the ACT, before the March announcement of the winner. To apply, you first need a building. The pop-up kitchen will run for 12 months and hold cooking classes to teach people to cook from scratch. Apply by March 5 at jamiesministryoffoodpopup.com
