Nepalese restaurant holds charity dinner

The Hungry Buddha Nepalese restaurant in Curtin will hold a dinner tonight, November 27, to raise money for children in Nepal. The two-course dinner at 6pm is followed by a movie at Hoyts in Woden at 8pm. Dinner is a shared entree and traditional Nepalese daal bhat (in goat, chicken, lamb or beef), with Nepalese Mustang beer. $44, with $5 from each ticket going to the charity, according to Hungry Buddha owners Lachhu Thapa and Benjamin Richardson, thehungrybuddha.com.au
