Thai$$

This ambient lantern-lit restaurant has quietly made a name for itself with its extensive menu and affordably fabulous fare. Skewers of moist chicken, still smoking from the grill, arrive with an impeccable satay sauce, while crisp spring rolls served with a chilli sauce are a moreish marriage of salty and sweet. For mains, the green chicken curry is creamy and fragrant, while the prawn tom yum goong (soup) is a doozy: a slam-dunk on both depth and breadth of flavour. The dessert menu, however, is limited to roti and ice-cream.
