Don't use the 'B' word here. Bazaar brands itself as 'an interactive marketplace' rather than a buffet. Whatever its claims, no one can dispute it is popular, particularly on weekends when it's a packed (and often noisy) house. There's certainly an element of theatre as suckling pig is carved, charry crusted pizzas are pulled from the oven and woks sizzle on high. A dazzling array of fresh seafood and steaks cooked to personal specification make the all-inclusive price good value for money.
