Vietnamese$$

Binh Minh is a local legend on the heaving Victoria Street strip. Nominally Vietnamese, there's a fusion of Asian flavours on offer here. Fast and furious service keeps the crowds rolling through, with a further warren of rooms upstairs. The papaya salad is a scene-stealer, with butterflied prawns splashed with a dash of snappy citrus, while steamed prawn dumplings are rich and fat with a sweet, sticky goodness. The salt-and-pepper squid can be a bit over-crunchy, but the Peking-style sesame pork is a glorious feast for mucky paws. The satay skewers are worth coming back for, as is the priceless karaoke.
