Binh Minh

Vietnamese$$

A Vietnamese restaurant on Victoria Street. So far so what? But how many colour-code the menu to signpost potential allergens, provide friendly service (including from the owner, Minh), private dining rooms kitted-out with karaoke machines, and fresh dishes including Malaysian and Chinese faves? Over 15 years Binh Minh has gathered a lot of fans, and every week it serves hundreds of house-made steamed prawn dumplings and enough fried chicken wings (flavoured with pepper, lime, chilli and salt) to make the Colonel weep. Refreshing shredded duck salad and grilled beef with betel leaf are other well-loved hits.
