Sitting in the narrrow hole that was Toby's Estate espresso bar, these guys concentrate on coffee, offering Di Bella's Modena as the house blend and roasting single origins in a benchtop roaster two or three times a day. A Guatemala Antigua espresso ($2.80) presented with a light, tangy apple-acid front and a touch of licorice in the middle, but with little body and a suggestion of burnt toast at the end. Hungry? Choose from a selection of takeaway baked goods and something from the sandwich press. There's a street-side hatch for coffee on the run.
