There's a hit list of winning flavours on the breakfast-dominated menu: say, mashed avocado with Meredith goat's feta, mint and lemon, served on multigrain bread with a poached egg. The pulled pork roll stands out on the lunch sandwich menu - slow-cooked pork with cabbage slaw and a kicking chilli mayo on a soft brioche roll.
