This Art Deco gem is well worth the short stroll from North Sydney's hub for great food in a casual and friendly setting. Cleverly laid out to make the most of the light and airy space, it has a chic lounge area out the back. The wide-ranging, excellent menu is posted on a wall near the kitchen, offering a mix of pub staples, pastas and salads - all fired off to a great standard. A special of snapper with pea puree, asparagus and prosciutto is a delight; a chicken burger is sparked up with marinated breast, brie and cranberry sauce.
