Bodhi Restaurant Bar

Asian$$

By day, waiters buzz around under the shade of the fig trees with trays of vegan-friendly yum cha; by night, the floodlit spires of St Mary's Cathedral towering above and hundreds of tiny fairy lights twinkling in the branches create an almost magical air. The evening menu offers more substantial Asian mains, but Bodhi's all about the pick 'n' mix of yum cha. Steamed dumplings are a good bet, packed with crunchy celery and peanut or bamboo and Chinese cabbage. Garlic and mint pack a lively punch in Vietnamese tofu rice-paper rolls, while coconut sago cools and cleanses to round off the journey.
