Amanda Bechara and Danny Goldstein's funky wholefoods canteen has a daily changing menu of winners, from their famed 'not-so-scrambled eggs' for brekkie to a host of DIY sandwiches for lunch. Their salad plate of 'any or all' of five different salads can be a side, a main or to share. They've always been big on beautiful teas, with up to 18 on offer, but now they've bitten the bullet on caffeine as well, serving up a multi-layered macchiato ($4) with dark, chocolatey undertones. Weekday lunchtimes are manic, as are weekend brunches, so get in early or late.
