Cook your own steak or have it cooked to order in the kitchen – all are served with mounds of roasted vegetables. The unlimited self-serve salad bar make sit easy to get the balance between paddock, plate and vegie patch. Beef and Guinness pie is proper country fare – a deep dish of rich gravy and succulent meat, and best mopped up with a side of house-made Briars bush damper.
