Brunswick East Project

Cafe

Twin Mazzer grinders, dual Slayers, a Clover - the gear specs at Brunswick East Project sound like a customised muscle car. And, indeed, coffee is king here. Large windows look into the onsite roastery and just about every brew variant is available (espresso, pourover, cold drip, Aeropress) in a couple of blends and two or three single origins. With its warm buttered toast flavours and chocolate finish, Daddy's Girl always pleases, while a pourover of Ethiopian Aricha has enticing gentian aromas, complex peach and strawberry notes and a soft icing sugar finish. The small range of pastries and cakes is a tasty adjunct to lunchtime quesadillas.
