Or soft scrambled egg capped with the crunchy pastry of an onion pissaladiere, with roast red peppers and goat cheese mousse? Morso turns breakfast into quite the big event, not least because you can sit by the waterside at a shaded outdoor table (must book on weekends) and play count-the-yachts, or inside under chandeliers. Coffee ($4) is a new, gentler, calmer Karmee 100% Arabica, as if the water views aren't peaceful enough.
