French

White-walled and chandelier-lit, C'est Bon buzzes with the din of hungry Francophiles. Staff speak with endearing French lilts, ensuring your experience in the dining room is as authentic as the menu and the wine, much of which is sourced from great wine regions of France. Bread, although not baked in-house, is a fine example of crusty baguette; request as much as you like to mop up the last of sweet French onion soup. For more substantial fare, coq au vin provides portions of chicken with flesh falling from the bone in sticky and well-seasoned red wine sauce (more bread please) and cassoulet is a satisfyingly authentic version generous with pork belly, duck confit, Toulouse sausage and beans. There's a new owner at the helm but rest assured they'll still be churning out one of the city's best creme brulees, splendidly large enough for two.
