You really want to be pressed up against the glass-walled kitchen here, watching the chefs stretch and twirl their fat noodle skipping ropes as woks hiss and clouds form over stacks of bamboo steamers. The gallery theme is taken further in this large, smooth space with Chinese artefacts in glass cases and a dramatic floor-to-ceiling wine rack. The modern menu features Asian tapas such as sliders with pork floss and crisp, stuffed roti, as well as more traditional dim sum, soups, and rice and noodle dishes. Dessert brings a giggle with the ‘piggy face’ steamed sesame buns.
