At ground level is the low-key and casual Chef’s Express (charcoal chicken for the win), while upstairs Chef’s Restaurant includes more frills and thrills, including Friday night belly dancers - a hit with rowdy groups. Chargrilled meats are the heart of the meal, all served with pickled veg, garlic dip and crisp pita chips. The signature lemon garlic chicken is smoky and smothered with garlic yogurt sauce, while lamb skewers are juicy, tender and fragrant with spices.
