With just a giant square counter and a set of communal benches the only seating at this cafe, Ciao Down isn't the spot for a private chat or a crucial business meeting. It's great, however, for a public gossip, an all-day breakfast and a nutty cappuccino made with Aroma's Cremaroma blend. Try the Sam's special, a fried egg over sauteed spinach on sourdough, served with shaved parmesan.
