The design extends to a custom pourover station fashioned from American oak and solid brass, where sparkling single origin brews come to life. For espresso, the Seven Seeds blend changes seasonally as fresh green beans land in Melbourne. A short black has a rich blackcurrant aroma and big flavours of shiraz and peach. The reuben sandwich, with Warialda beef pastrami, is a worthy companion.
