Have your say
The pasta special (plump king prawns, chorizo, cherry tomatoes and fettuccine in a cream sauce) is excellent, as are the $10 kids' meals (fettuccine meatballs with napoli sauce and decent fish and chips). But a chicken, sweet potato and pinenut salad is too heavy on the lettuce. Still, this recently rebuilt pub is a welcome re-entry to northern beaches dining, particularly the six shared plates (salt-and-pepper squid, veal meatballs, chilli and garlic prawns, arancini, brochette and antipasto). The pizza list is good, and thought has gone into the desserts (chocolate fondant with honeycomb ice-cream or Nutella pizza, for example).
