The pizza menu at deVita has something for everyone. Behind the bar, the thin-crust offerings are cooked in a wood-fired oven, which was reportedly made in Naples with stones from the Amalfi Coast. Grab a seat, order a vino or espresso, and watch the chefs in action. There’s the Stella, a five-pointed star version with a different filling in each point. A deep-fried pizza is high on the fun factor, if not flavour, and the margherita is a faithful rendition of this Neapolitan classic. Bring the family for an early dinner of pizza or pasta, or pop by later for a meal and bottle of wine with mates. And don’t skip dessert: the tiramisu is sensational.
