San Daniele prosciutto, bresaola and salami whizz through the meat slicer and onto antipasto plates alongside silken buffalo mozzarella. Crisp, thin-based pizzas arrive topped with simple combinations: chicory, gorgonzola and fresh lemon or spicy 'nduja sausage, roasted capsicum and mozzarella. Rustic caprese is given an unforgettable lift, with black sea salt and tangy pesto. Dessert pizzas come topped with molten white chocolate and fresh strawberries.
