The driest thing about this casual Redfern drinking hole is the martini list. It's an unaffectedly stylish place, all curvaceous wood and op-shop looks. Owner Roy Leibowitz works the room while the staff spin vinyl and dispense a mean sidecar from behind the backlit bar.
