Two La Marzocco machines - a Strada and a Mistral - sit on the lime-washed bar beside a dedicated filter station at Duke's new Flinders Lane espresso bar. The Ross House seasonal blend for black espresso coffee does what it says on the box, making a clean, sweet short black with delicious fruit and just a touch of acidity for interest. The Duke's blend works well in milk, and a range of single origins (maybe an El Salvador COE # 17 Santa Isabel or a Colombia Esperanza) do the V60 and Aeropress business.
