Vegetarian/Vegan

Even if you're an organic tourist, there's much to enjoy at the coffee shop end of this good-food institution. A cappuccino ($3.50) is as earthy as the produce next door; spicy, creamy, with a fruit-and-nut finish. A seat among the greens is a good place to watch local celebs like Adam Goodes shop for dinner, but a stool at the cafe's surfboard-shaped benches offers an equally fun view of posher-than-when-we-last-checked Gould Street. Either way, try a gluten-free quinoa brekky or a gluten-free 'buffin', an organic, buckwheat-flour muffin ($4.80) that's a tasty, sticky alternative to its naughtier cousin.
