In the corporate hive that is ANZ's Docklands HQ, with at least six other cafes in the building, this place has the biggest queue for morning takeaways. Everyone's wearing their corporate lanyards around their neck, except the cool kids who hold theirs in their hands. Using a custom blend of Coffico coffee, the Elements baristas turn out espressos ($3.70) with a sweet, creamy nose and mildly floral flavour. Food options range from basic bagels, croissants and sandwiches to more elaborate offerings such as buttermilk pancakes or tempura-battered fish and chips.
