On one side of the room, woks clatter and flame, chefs delve into the impressive array of fresh ingredients in cool cabinets, while a stream of patrons occupy the six tables lining the other side of the room or wait for express takeaway. It's marvellously healthy eating; enormous portions with lashings of herbs and baby salad leaves. Glass noodle salad has minced chicken, crisp vegies, prawn, squid and cashews in a delightfully tangy sauce. A gado gado is well balanced and green papaya salad a lovely tangle of julienned veg in a light sauce. Noodles arrive from all over Asia. If 'Tasty Duck with Egg Noodles' is on as a special, have it: tasty it most certainly is.
