Feldman’s

$$

There’s such a friendly vibe here that you almost expect to see Ted Danson behind the bar - except younger maybe, and with tattoos. Staff wander the warren-like rooms delivering thin-crust pizzas to a mix of Fitzroy hipsters and families. Every table gets a bowl of truffle-oil-coated popcorn. (Told you they were friendly.) Starters might include croquettes oozing creamy blue cheese, or zingy eggplant chips. Pizzas include classics such as tomato, bocconcini, anchovies and olives; and fiesty combinations like Italian sausage, mushroom and smoked scarmoza. Here’s cheers to 2 Brothers microbrews.
