Good Food hat15/20

Entry to Fellini is through the glitzy new bar glowing with coloured light, the ceiling hung with chandeliers and the windows softened by sheer folds of organza. It's the perfect spot for pre-dinner libations. The warmly lit dining room overlooks the marina packed with luxury yachts. Many staff have called Fellini home for what seems an eternity, ensuring service glides along harmoniously. Like the best Italians, Fellini's pasta is made in-house, infused with earthy saffron or squid ink or filled with chicken and asparagus or slow-roasted duck. Chef's offering of partially deboned quail is moist and plump with its stuffing of sage, onions and breadcrumbs. An indulgent chocolate plate includes chocolate-covered profiterole filled with orange-infused pastry cream, ice-cream terrine, rich chocolate soup, and layered chocolate mousse in white, milk and dark incarnations. Those with deep pockets will consider the serious list imports but it caters ably for the less cashed-up as well.
