Grab a table and while away a lazy morning with a pair of thick ricotta and honey pancakes with lemon curd and vanilla-flecked scoop of praline-dusted mascarpone; or Scandi-style pea and corn-studded fritters drizzled with dill creme fraiche, curls of New Zealand smoked salmon and beetroot relish.
