A Brisbane institution, Freestyle introduced Brisbane to the dessert bar idea back in the late '90s. The original Rosalie store has disappeared and the format has changed to embrace savoury as well as sweet on the menu but even today there are often queues outside. A more-is-better approach means you're unlikely to leave this dessert emporium hungry.
