Friends of Mine

Cafe$$

Friends of Mine is an all-weather friend, with cosy tables for two, expansive communal tables under industrial lights, and a cluster sheltered by footpath umbrellas. All-day brekkie staples run from the 'hung over' with cheesy toasted wholegrain, poached Green Eggs, bacon and smashed avocado to eggs benedict with smoked ham-hock terrine, and extras like Casa Iberica chorizo or thyme-buttered mushrooms. Later, try fall-apart, slow-braised Otway pork sprinkled with gremolata, or rare pepper-seared tuna with waldorf. This friend is popular, and nabbing a table can be a challenge, but once installed you'll feel well at home here.
