Who needs a glowing full moon when a hundred globes twinkle and shine to light up a room? The effect is surprisingly warm and elegant, though the lack of subtlety carries through to overly attentive service. Hits from the menu, which reads like a bad ’80s pop chart (‘stardust’, ‘delight’ and ‘under the moon’), include zingy papaya salad, and a crunchy stir-fry alternative of pork belly with bamboo shoots, garlic, basil and Chinese broccoli. The Luna Duck is a plum-soaked, roasted half bird with mushrooms and bok choy. Dessert? Full Moon Delight, naturally.
