Authenticity might be a few Ks east at Bankstown, but most choices from the menu here offer the essentials of South-East Asian cuisine: complex flavours and fresh ingredients in the grilled pork self-wrap rolls, red curry duck with pineapple and tomato and the terrific salads - tangy, crunchy - with either barbecued chicken, duck, lamb or beef.
