The bliss starts early here, with a pleasant choice between banquettes luxuriously piled with cushions or a seat outside in the sun. The space is roomy, with stained glass windows, and collectibles on the walls - mirrors, flowered plates, and an astonishing array of objects refashioned into lampshades: colanders, pie dishes, old bottles and tins. Coffee is by 5 Senses - three house blends, plus rotating filters and single origins; a Bali single origin is deliciously acidic, with a tangy finish. Food comes on handsome earthenware plates - elegantly done egg classics for breakfast, tempters like Port Arlington mussels and zucchini flowers for lunch.
