Only in Bondi would you get a seemingly casual, psychedelically muralled cafe like Harry's - which looks no more than a post-swim, grab-a-bagel sort of place - turning over 5000 cups of coffee a week. Harry's is on a 'coffee journey' as they say, having discovered the joys of Melbourne's Proud Mary Ghostrider, and has imminent plans to expand next door with a brew bar, four-group Synesso machine, sample roaster and bakery. The Ghost being a lighter roast, you're better off with a piccolo, although the plan is to offer a slightly shorter (180ml) caffe latte ($3.50) which should do the trick.
