The large peach- and maroon-hued room might convince you that you’ve somehow wandered into a giant 1980s wedding cake (and indeed, weddings are held in the function room upstairs). Ruched curtains billow from the ceiling and Bollywood music is an appropriate soundtrack to authentic, heavily spiced Pakistani and Indian food. Expect more than your average takeaway korma here - spicy vegie samosas are bursting at their crisp pastry seams, highlighter-red tandoori chicken is all tender and tang, and slow-cooked goat karahi curry is rich and gingery. Lovely, smiley staff provide incentive to eat in.
