The menu features a dizzying array of grilled meats, refreshing salads, stir-fried vegetables, noodles, soup and authentically chillied-up curries. Start with fresh spring rolls filled with crab meat and drizzled with a palm sugar syrup or maybe the Isaan-style sausage, with pungent hits of lemongrass, pepper and vinegar.
