Sometimes you just have to grab yourself a drink, take a seat and come to terms with a menu bursting with so many fabulous retro pub food options there's nothing for it but to shut down the kilojoule-counting parts of your brain. This pub is a great little local taking care of rag traders, media types, stray famous faces from up the road at Belvoir Street and local residents who gather in the downstairs bar for cheesy bites of perfectly made chicken parmigiana with chips and salad (of course), or the $10, 250-gram rump steak with mash all-day special.
