Huzzah! Finally a joint in Sydney doing proper Louisiana-style boil. South Australian mussels, littleneck clams, prawns and all manner of crab are dropped into the piping Old Bay stock and come out soft and pearly. Best just rip the crustacean serving bags onto the butcher's paper tablecloth and go for it, gloves and etiquette be damned. It's another notch for team Drink N Dine, so Coney Island kitsch decorates the room and the menu includes a carnival of carbs: fries drowned in murky (yet fattily delicious) lobster gravy and corn cobs rolled in jerky salt and Doritos. Yes, Doritos.
