The fun of fusion continues with edamame nuggets (served with fries, just like the chicken variety) but more traditional flavour combinations prove this is still very much the real deal. Fried ‘nahm dtok’ ocean trout zings with a fresh, feisty salad, while yaki udon is a glossy, satisfying staple. Top it all off with pancakes, be they with chocolate fudge, black sesame or red bean compote. It’s a crowd-pleasing mixed bag found within the rowdy Mr B’s Hotel.
