The beautiful-people food runs from breakfasts of bircher muesli with banana, apple and blueberry compote to lunches of piled-high sashimi salads, taken on the sunny terrace, in the glassed-in sushi bar or in the semi-interred dining room. Grinders' Sydney blend suits a caffe latte ($3.80), with its smooth fruity tones and serious bite. Just mind your heels on those split-level steps - you don't want to do a Naomi.
