No relation to the other Jasmins and Jasmin 1s around Sydney, this enormous space decorated with colourful murals of cedar groves serves Lebanese staples all day and into the night. Whether you take a shortcut to a mixed plate depends on your appetite, but be warned: this plate is a hefty feast. Otherwise, groups who prefer to share can’t go wrong with fresh tabbouleh, crisp felafel and kibbeh, some velvety hummus and smoky grilled meats: the kofte skewer is particularly good. And please don’t forget the quiet achiever, fattoush. You’ll smile when you see the bill.
