Junction Hotel

Modern Australian$$

The Junction Hotel’s food is top shelf, but the price doesn’t have to be thanks to tapas and lighter meals. Chef Danny Clark has cooked in the UK and Italy, and his specials menu features dishes like chilli coriander salted barramundi fishcakes, which are so good they should be on the main menu permanently. Tapas offerings include lamb empanadas and patatas bravas with sour cream and sweet chilli, while mains range from Cajun salt-and-pepper squid to crisp pork belly and paella. The lighting and decor are classy and lively, and even on the busiest of nights staff don’t miss a beat.
