Thai

This Thai hot-spot in the heart of Chatswood’s shopping district has serious foodie cred. Chef Pla Rojratanavichai worked for some of the city’s best Asian eateries before opening here, and the experience shows on his menu, from the fiery yet refined scallop sashimi to the mousse-like fish in the banana-leaf wrapped hor mok yang. The yum mango salad of crisp fried fish, green mango and lime juice is another highlight, as is the black sticky rice with jasmine tapioca for dessert. The food comes out fast, so it works as a quick post-shopping feed, but it’s well worth a visit in its own right, too
