Las Chicas

Modern Australian$$

You won’t leave Las Chicas hungry. Servings are huge, and navigating a way in to your piled-high plate takes skill and planning. A breakfast burrito comes packed with folded egg, bacon, rocket and aioli, with tomato and avocado salsa heaped on top. You could easily skip lunch after. Speaking of lunch, a pork-belly roll is a winner, loaded with juicy pork, coriander and chilli, dripping with hoisin sauce. Kudos to the focus on hyper-local ingredients (even the beers come from one suburb over). Warm service from hip staff, Allpress coffee, an inviting courtyard and a great urban vibe make Las Chicas a local hero.
