Liar Liar

Liar Liar and its locals have settled into a well-worn brunch groove. The polished concrete and dark timber bolthole has a menu of all-day breakfasts and lunches that mostly sticks to the tried-and-true: ricotta hotcakes, smashed avocado on toast with poached eggs and bacon, puntastic house specials like ‘Pants on Fire’ (baked eggs with chorizo and peperonata). Potato and quinoa roesti is a crunchy-fluffy puck piled with slices of smoked salmon, a poached egg and a slather of hollandaise; while a chicken fillet burger is all herby chicken breast, sweet brioche bun and juicy coleslaw. Bonus points for Maling Room and Sensory Lab brews.
